Four lakes are available with no caravans around them. These lakes have over thirty five fishing platforms installed. The River Gt Ouse, we are about three miles upstream of the famous British record Barbel swims at Adams Mill. Both the Great Ouse and the River Tove offer fantastic chub, bream and roach fishing. The River Tove, the little river becomes more of a stream during the summer months and yet never ceases to surprise with chub to over 7lb, perch, pike and the occasional carp.

With a private fishing swim and all the comforts of home...what more do you need? Fishing MatchesNEXT MATCHES Details to be announced soon Adult Match Saturday 23rd August 2008 A closely fought match with yet more large fish lost, however John Hayes managed 5lb of predominantly perch from the Doughnut Lake to just beat Ken Ives who was pegged on the Football Lake, into second place despite Ken landing a tench and a nice skimmer in the last few minutes of the match. John Hamilton was third. Junior Match Saturday 23rd August 2008. We decided to hold the junior match on the same lakes in the afternoon which turned out to be a mistake as all of the juniors struggled. CJ Dowling managed to tempt a few perch to take first place with Frazer Rubins just 1 oz behind in second place. However the juniors went away with some excellent prizes our thanks once again go to the Park Store and John Hayes for their support and donations. Adult Fishing Match Saturday 9th August 2008 Twelve brave anglers endured beautiful sunshine that quickly disappeared into the grey clouds, high winds and torrential rain. The winning weight by Mr Russell of Fountain View was 6lb 4oz from the Doughnut lake made up entirely of roach, rudd and perch. Although the average size of these fish was quite small - it was no mean feat to keep them consistently feeding throughout the match in the truly awful weather. The story could have been much different with over half the anglers reporting being snapped up after striking into unstoppable fish. Junior Fishing Match Sunday 10th August 2008 A very breezy Sunday morning made quite difficult conditions for our Juniors to fish on the Doughnut Lake. But they stayed the distance with Fraser the eventual winner with exactly 1 lb of small roach, perch and skimmers. In joint second place was Jack and Elliott and in joint fourth place Jordan and Mason. We would like to thank the Park Store, John Hayes and Chris Russell for donating the prizes.
Restocking2008 We have recently started our restocking program for 2008. March 26 2008: Today we had expected delivery of around 100 Common Carp in the 4lb - 8lb bracket, unfortunately the suppliers had only managed to net 31 from the donor water. But these fish averaged 6.5lb and we put 15 into Fountain View 1 and 16 into Fountain View 2. We have Environment Agency permission to stock the additional fish and will be sourcing some similar sized clean, health checked fish over the next week or so. In the photo gallery below you can see the size and quality of the Commons. as you can see we dragged Gary away from some work to help us with the fish - although he didn't take much persuasion! March 12 2008: So far 10,000 roach have been evenly distributed amongst the back four lakes which should help with some of the match weights during the forthcoming season. 2007 During end of March This coincided with the start of our new fishery evaluation strategy which will briefly comprise of the following:
