Holiday Homes

Lifestyle

Owning your own holiday home means being able to take a break whenever you want. It also means you can ‘escape’ to a second home complete with every modern comfort you could wish for.

More and more people are buying second homes for use at the weekend. With your own holiday home, there are no hotel rooms to pay for, no concerns about the quality of your accommodation or having to take the time to book your break.

With your own holiday home, you are free to take a weekend retreat whenever you please, to get away from the stresses of your day-to-day life. It’s complete escapism from the working week, and it’s hassle-free.

Today’s holiday homes are designed, manufactured, furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. Many now have integrated appliances, domestic quality double-glazing and modern gas to radiator central heating systems.

Seeing is believing, the difference will amaze you. Gone are the days of bench seating and orange walls. Now you find deep comfortable seating, ingenious storage ideas, multiple television points, low energy lighting and more.

Location

What’s your idea of the perfect setting for your holiday home? A beautiful lakeside plot with a private fishing swim or maybe a quiet and peaceful countryside plot where you can observe the extensive local wildlife.

Our holiday home developments are recognised as some of the finest in the country. Many plots are located on a lake or riverside, most feature large gardens and all of our latest developments also include private block paved parking areas. All are set in extensively landscaped surroundings.

To get the best value from your holiday home and derive the maximum pleasure from it, you should ideally choose a park that is within a convenient distance. You are far more likely to spend days and weekends at your holiday home if you don't have to drive half a day to get there!

Exclusivity

Once you have selected your own personal holiday home to give you that relaxing retreat, why would you want to share it with total strangers? Some parks actively promote sub letting but this may lead to a less than relaxing time because you never know who is going to be next door to you!

This is why sub letting or renting out of holiday homes is not permitted at Cosgrove Park. You are, of course more than welcome to let your immediate family and close friends have a weekend away.

Facilities

Tranquil and secluded, Cosgrove Park has first class facilities such as twelve lakes for fishing and selected watersports, a grocery store, cafe, large outdoor children’s play area , an indoor arcade and laundry rooms.

Shown here is our mini golf course and the park also features an outdoor swimming pool & plans are underway to reline the pools this winter.

Should you require assistance in financing your purchase, as a licensed credit broker, we can arrange a hire purchase agreement through Black Horse Caravan Finance at competitive rates over a period to suit you.

What next?

For further information call in to our sales office for an informal chat safe in the knowledge that you will not encounter any high pressure sales staff.

The majority of our staff have each been working at Cosgrove Park for over ten years and some in excess of thirty years. This continuity is a valuable asset; they are all experienced, knowledgeable and here to help you.

For many years after assisting you in the purchase of your chosen holiday home, our staff want to be comfortable in the knowledge that they can stop and have a friendly chat with you or cup of tea if the kettle is on.

We are here to help you decide which holiday home is right for you and your family and on what type of plot. But at the end of the day the choice is yours, ask as many questions as you need.

If you are still not sure, go home and think about it…after visiting Cosgrove Park once, we know you will be back in the morning.
