Overnight/Short Term Stays

We have several area's for overnight stays for touring caravans and motor homes situated around two lakes and alongside both the River Tove & River Gt. Ouse.

With just under four hundred electrical hook up pitches each offering a generous 10 amp supply, Cosgrove Leisure Park is one of the largest inland Parks in the country.

Don't however expect to see row upon row of caravans, as our extensive landscaping has created avenues of trees and copses that screen the different areas from one another.

Our pitches are all on level or gently sloping grass areas. We cater for touring caravans up to 23ft in length.

Pre-booking is essential as demand for our generously spaced pitches is high, especially through the summer months.

We operate a minimum two night stay booking and pitches must be vacated by 12:30pm. We do offer an optional late departure of 5pm for an additional £5.00 per pitch.

Overnight Fees are as follows;

Touring Caravan or Motor home        £22 per night including electrical hook up

• We do not charge extra for fishing, awnings or pets.

• Gazebos and tents are not permitted in the touring areas.

• There is an additional charge for extra cars

• Please note, we do not allow commercial vehicles to park in the touring areas.

Seasonal Touring Pitches

We have found that once they have visited the Park, many touring caravan owners choose to leave their caravan at Cosgrove Leisure Park for the entire season (April to November) and then winter storage to March.

The benefits to you as a seasonal touring resident are that your caravan is always set up and ready to use during the season, with electrical hook up for the full season if required.

Plus you receive two car passes for  entrance to the Park and free fishing all year round.

The cost for a 2008 seasonal pitch for a touring caravan with electrical hookup and the option of free winter storage is £1,350.00. If you pay in full before 1st February 2008 the cost is reduced to £1,300.00.
