Activities & Events - May 2019

WOW 1 month already gone …….. do not fret, we have some fantastic Activities & Events coming for the rest of the Season !!!!

PLEASE NOTE: All of our Activities & Events are exclusive and FREE OF CHARGE to Cosgrove Park customers and their guests only.

This month we are enjoying two Bank Holidays Weekends, we have 8 Activities to look forward to, plus an Open Weekend for the Public, this gives them the chance to explore our fantastic park and what Cosgrove Park has to offer!

4th May - Caving (Bank Holiday Weekend)

This is the first inflatable of it's kind, with 326ft of tunnels, it allows you to experience caving at Cosgrove Park, it also has a 15ft slide - sliding into a ball pit of over 5000 plastic balls.

This activity is suitable for children over 5 years old - No booking required, first come, first served on the day.

Venue: Events Field

Session 1: 10:00am - 12:30pm & Session 2: 1:30pm - 4:00pm

5th May - Bugfest (Bank Holiday Weekend)

This creepy crawly handling experience will have the largest collection of invertebrates for exotic encounters, from giant snails to giant foot long millipedes.

This activity is suitable for all ages.

Venue: Outside Lanes 'N' Games & The Bistro

Session 1: 10:00am - 12:30pm & Session 2: 1:30pm - 4:00pm

6th May - Boat Rides (Bank Holiday Weekend)

A chance to go around Swan Lake on our new speedboat, join the queue to have your turn. Buoyancy aids are provided.

This activity is suitable for all ages - No booking required, first come, first served on the day.

Venue: Swan Lake Jetty

Session 1: 9:00am - 12:30pm & Session 2: 2:00pm - 5:00pm

11th May - Fishing Match

Take part in our second Fishing Match of the 2019 Season.

Advanced booking essential - Call into the Main Office/Reception to book your place, A £5.00 (cash) Entry fee, payable on booking. Suitable for 16+ years.

Venue: Canada & Rainbow Lakes

Draw: 7:30am - Fishing: 8:30am - 1:30pm

11th May - Inflatable Sweeper

Remember 'Total Wipeout' ? Now you can have a go at the sweeper, but without getting wet!! Will you be the last one standing?

This activity is suitable for children over 5 years old - No booking required, first come, first served on the day.

Venue: Event Field

Session 1: 10:00am - 12:30pm & Session 2: 1:30pm - 4:00pm

18th & 19th May - Open Weekend (open to the Public)

A chance for prospective customers to see what our beautiful park has to offer. We will have a full range of stunning Holiday Homes on display for sale.

Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm both days

The Swimming Pool is only available for the public to view NOT to use.

25th May - Raft Building (Bank Holiday Weekend)

A return of this fantastic 'Team Building' activity with our customers. Take this challenge to construct your own raft before taking to the water, will your raft survive or will it sink?

All items for your raft are supplied by Cosgrove Park - but please bring items to dress your raft …….. extra points are awarded for 'The Best Dressed Raft' !!!!

Suitable for children over 8 years old, MUST be able to swim.

Venue: Swan Lake Jetty - Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm
