Access Statement
We aim to make Cosgrove Park as accessible as possible. If you have any accessibility requirements or would like to discuss your visit in advance, please contact our Reception team:
Parking

Designated disabled parking is available at Reception, Cosgrove Store and Kitchen, Play Area, Lakeside Bistro, and Swimming Pool.

All holiday homes and touring pitches have private parking spaces adjacent to them.
Access Around the Park

All main facilities have step-free access with smooth tarmac or flooring, including Reception, Cosgrove Store and Kitchen, Play Area, Lakeside Bistro, Swimming Pool, Water Sports Building, and Toilet Blocks.

Most main routes are smooth, but some natural areas may have grass or uneven ground.

Main roads and key facilities are well lit at night; some lakeside or natural areas may have reduced lighting.
Facilities

Reception: Spacious, step-free, with room for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Assistance is available on request.

Play Area: Includes wheelchair and pram-accessible swings.

Lakeside Bistro & Cosgrove Store and Kitchen: Step-free entrances, accessible toilets, and allergy-friendly catering options.

Swimming Pool: Gentle-access ramp; plenty of space for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

Toilet Blocks & Summer Events Marquee: Accessible toilets available.

Fishing Platforms: Accessible at Bream and Perch lakes.
Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the park. However, the following requirement apply:

Owners must always be in control of their animal.

The animal must remain on a lead.

The animal cannot be left unattended in public spaces.

All owners must dispose of any waste.
