Cosgrove Park’s Watersports are held on our largest lake 'Swan Lake', which is one of the finest around Milton Keynes. It is centrally located in the park and is ideal for both amateurs and enthusiasts. All of our watersports are 'free of charge' for our customers and their guests.
We operate a programme for Cosgrove powered and non-powered and Customers powered & non-powered so that everyone can enjoy time on the lake.
Catamaran Sailing, Stand-Up Paddle Boards, Swan Pedalo's, Motorboats, Powerboat Rides & Inflatable Towables
Sofa Towable - 10+. Children 10 -15 must be accompanied by an adult on the Sofa.
Twister Towable - 14+. Children 14 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult on the Twister.
Buoyancy aids and soft helmets are provided for Cosgrove equipment.
If you have your own equipment you can bring it to the Park and use it on our Watersports lake.
Canoeing, sailing, stand-up paddle boarding and windsurfing are all very popular pursuits for Cosgrove Park customers.
Customers who want to bring their own equipment to the Park to use, must book your place on the lake by calling the Main Office/Reception. You will need to provide Cosgrove Park with a copy of your insurance prior to going onto the lake.
Customers who bring their own powerboats to use on our lakes must complete a registration form at the Main Office/Reception and will need to provide Cosgrove Park with a copy of their insurance. This insurance policy must provide at least two million pounds third party liability cover. Boat drivers must hold a BWSF Ski Boat Drivers Award or RYA Powerboat Level 2 certificate. Copies of all documents are to be given to the Main Office/Reception prior to going onto the lake. All boats will then be issued with an ID number, which must be applied to the starboard side of the hull above the waterline and on the stern.
