I need to claim against the guarantee, what do I do?
All you need to do is call us on 01908 563360 at any point before your booking and up to 3 days prior to your arrival.
Terms and Conditions
1. The 'Guarantee Change Window' allows cancellation within the period of up to 3 days prior to arrival.
2. Should UK Government advice significantly change in the 3 days prior to arrival, we will reactivate the Guarantee for you.
3. The Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee is available until further notice.
4. If you are unable to travel due to self isolation or because you have tested positive, we will require proof, so we can action your refund.
